Pakistan is a country of stout and religious people. And this country was came into being after lots of struggle and hard work of our forefathers and greatest leader Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. Pakistan is a gift from Quaid-e-Azam to his beloved nation. Every child remember him as he is the legend for every person. Our leader died after two years of independence in 1948. The reason behind his death was cancer but he never told the nation about his illness. Because he wants them to be strong and fight for their rights. Chaudhry Rehmat Ali Khan suggested the name of Pakistan and Allama Iqbal gave the idea of the country. His poetry galvanize people a lot and he is known as Shair-e-Mashrik. After lots of efforts of our Quaid Pakistanis got their separate country and in the commemoration of this day. Every year 14th august was celebrated with full excitement and enthusiasm.
In morning Pakistan Army initiate flag hosting at Convention center Islamabad to show the world that we are proud to be Pakistani. Chief of Army staff General Raheel Sharif Inter Services Public Relation, Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Shareef, President Mamnoon Hussain and many other ministers along with common people were gathered to watch the ceremony.
Every city is decorated with flags, lights and candles in a lavish manner. People individually spruce up their shops and streets. The day of 14 august seems ceremony of bliss and independence. Children and youngsters enjoy this day by going out and taking part in decorative work. In these days coke studio have introduced an old anthem in a new form. This anthem is sung by various singers from all over Pakistan and it re-energize love for country. Especially 14th august transmissions are on-aired on t.v and radio to enhance love for country in the hearts and minds of people.
In all this happening one thing that is wrong is that youth of today start car racing and one wheeling at night of 13th august. Many cases of accidents and death of precious lives are reported. One wheeling is cruel not only for riders but also for the pedestrians and drivers of cars. In their amusement people remain tensed and fatal accidents happen. This situation keep them in painful condition. One night of thrill can be a threat, loss of lives and many people are paralyzed.
Enjoy your time and laud the day of independence with full bloom. But keep one thing in mind that this day is of freedom to live and making identity not of death and destruction. Enjoy each moment in a very respectful way.
