Cooking is an ancient activity in human live. Asian dishes are famous around the world. The dishes are famous among people because of its taste. This article has description about different Asian foods. Asian dishes are famous for its color, aroma, taste, meaning and appearance. In the beginning when human evolution was at the hunting stage, cooking was very simple, kill something, throw it on the fire along with whatever vegetables and fruits were found that day, and eat. Rice is famous food in Asian countries. Fried rice is also a delicacy on its own. It’s a cheap and tasty dish in all Asian countries and comes with vegetables, and meat. Eggs are added with rice to enhance its taste.

Chicken curry:
Chicken curry is universal dish you can find this dish on the top of every menu. Curry powder is use to enhance the taste and color of a dish.

Sushi:
Sushi is very famous dish made with fish. Gingers, pickled, and mushrooms are used with it.it is available at every restaurant. One.One thing should be remembered that take a cup of green tea after eating it.

The most popular ingredients are carrot, bean sprouts, fresh garlic chives, noodles, mushrooms. Soy sauce, peanut powder or fish sauce are sometimes added to make better taste.
Hot and sour soup:
This classic soup gets its heat from white pepper. This version of the popular soup uses red rice vinegar, available at Asian markets. You’ll also frequently find it made with black rice vinegar.

Cream corn soup:
This soup is made by chopping the meat or seafood into small pieces and mixing it with egg whites, liquid and cornstarch. This soup is very simple. White pepper and green onions are prominent items of this soup. This recipe for Cream Corn Soup is much simpler the cornstarch and water mixture is used as a thickener, and the egg whites are added into it before serving, just like in Egg Drop Soup.
