City of natural beauty where every type of beauty is available. Pakistan, gifted by Allah and that gift from Allah was given by our Father of nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. A bright hatsoff to him. Well, jobs are the real need of every young man. Youth wants to do work with restful job. In Pakistan, people of different fields says that the ones who have sources and high numbers with high post people only they can do jobs easily. It is a fact when I observed that really a young man cannot do job here without tension. You know if you become a graduated person then finding jobs are not impossible thing. But here the testers only knows how to make money and that’s a proven fact. My brother who completed his ACCA which’s demand is really very high in outer country. Believe you me he earned a lot in Dubai but when he planned to come Pakistan permanently job and life become hard. Stress increases and he decides to go back again. So this is our system problem. No one from foreign comes here for job. Every problem exists here. That’s why our market business is not so well and every youngster just runs away from the country. Different types of tension is absorbed by the people when it comes to job.
So we are talking about the jobs and the most powerful job here is business. Business is the best thing to earn here. But we are talking about jobs and engineer value is 0 here as I observed. The value is either freelancing or a business. So, computer’s study is one of the most valuable studies here, especially if a man learned JAVA language he/she can earn a lot. But here there are some big companies who provides many opportunities. Like company ROCHE in Pakistan a computer company and the seniors of that company are really very respectful as they give brand new Iphones and give your desired car in discount and in installments. Secondly, the tours every month of Turkey, Germany etc. So this is a good job. Secondly the best job are of banks as well. The seniors are respectful at these places and they give you many chances like the managers etc. Especially managers lives a happy life because many things are given to them without any tension. Car, Insurance, Discounts, Credit Cards, Vouchers, Tours and many gifts and other accessories. So this is a good thing. But again a youngster cannot achieve that. Because most of the managers come at that place from a high sourced man.
Here the main problem is to gain experience. Everyone wants experience. I cant understand how we earn it. It is not a thing that we give money and then we earn. If you will give work to us only then we can gain it, Or else from where we gain this experience. So then it become a depressing topic for the youngsters. But still there are some companies. Even I am not doing any job but as a freelancr am earning enough and with a side business am earning. So this is the thing and that’s why everyone wants to go abroad. Secondly expense here is very high so every discouyraged themselves and they just go oiter country without any hesitation.
