Kids are seen sitting very close to television sets, as this is the main source of weak eye side, watery eyes, light sensitivity, high myopia, blurry vision and eye strain. We see this kind of attitude daily but don’t take any notice about it. Kids love to watch their favorite programs and in this adjure they keep their eyes in pain; this is the point to be worried. Not only watching TV closely is perilous but also using personal computer too much is a good habit. Excessive watching can let you face significant consequences in future. Although, TV sets of today contain shields that block harmful radiation but the main issue is eye strain that is caused by spending too much time in watching TV closely. Watch TV but not consistently, blink eyes more often as it sops the eyes from being dried out and also prevent from watching in dim light.
2. Watching more cartoons leads children to violent behavior:-
Many children’s start watching TV when they are just 2 years old. Mums want to get rid of their kids’ responsibility and put them in front of a screen. Kids in this age need engrossment of parents not of this square shaped box. Cartoons are full of violence; fighting, car racing and some of them show romance also. Obscene language is also imparted through these contents, making them rude and disobedient. Young age is the time of learning and whatever learned in this time period stays with a person whole life. Parents have to select a specific program and fix time of watching cartoons to avoid any behavioral and health disorders in future.
3. Sitting in bad postures on computers
body language tells a lot about a person and represents his confidence level. Sitting straight let you away from many bone issues. Somebody has said that in a normal communication between 2 persons 35% is through words and 65% is through body language. Lazy and wrong posture effect communication and creates health problems like headache, neck ache and makes a person in a bad posture for life time.

5. Sitting close to heaters
cozy winter bring many romantic, hot and delicious things to eat and enjoy. To make room temperature down electric and gas heaters are kept in every house and we can’t resist from sitting just few inches away from it without knowing that this gas smell and inhalation is causing many respiratory complications and skin allergies. Experts recommend that keep at least one window open for ventilation and put a water tub or jug in room when heater is on. Don’t let heater on consistently, burn it with some gap in time.
6. High heels
models and actresses are seen walking on the ramp with high pointed heels. This attraction of heels allures women to wear it with style and pride. In fact, it is a bit painful for feet’s in initial stage but when we are used to of it we feel that now it is ok to wear it regularly. But this is just the outcome of our own mind, high heels of 7 to 9 inches makes many difficulties for feet. It causes the way tendon, muscle work together and can cause permanent change in it and to the biomechanics of walking style and women accept it happily. Not only high heels but also narrow or pointed shoes are orthopedically unsound citing many postural and medical disarrays.
